As a senior leader in a large wholesale distribution company, she generated significant ROI by creating robust employer branding, recruiting, talent selection, and talent analytics processes. She architected the Diversity and Inclusion Initiative and the Learning Center, which leveraged virtual learning to transform training for 5,000 employees. She led leadership development, coaching, and succession. Reporting to the CEO, she was a trusted business partner and coach for executive leaders across North America.
At Pearson, the world’s largest learning company, she led a business unit and departments (Product Development, Consulting Services), so she knows how the front line operates. She consulted with many organizations across industries, listening carefully, identifying pain points, and crafting rigorous talent solutions that met their needs.
Judy earned her Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, with expertise in counseling, coaching, and assessment. She also was a tenured faculty in a top-rated multicultural counseling program, and she consulted with U.S. Olympic athletes.
As a servant-leader, Judy is devoted to developing others. She won prestigious awards for Valuing People, and Early Career Impact from the American Psychological Association, and she founded Project Prove, a life skills training program for incarcerated women. She has presented at over 60 national/international conferences, written over 80 articles, and 4 books.
